Privacy Policy
This policy covers callitgame.com, the CallIt marketing site and blog, together with the feedback and error-reporting features in the CallIt app.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people visit, their approximate country, device type and how they reached the site. Google Signals is disabled, so visits are not linked to a Google account for advertising or cross-device reporting. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
You can block analytics with your browser or content blocker. The website and articles continue to work without it.
App accounts
The CallIt app uses Supabase for sign-in and account features. Account data is handled separately from anonymous website analytics. We do not sell personal information or share it with advertisers.
App feedback
“Send feedback” and “Report a problem” open a form hosted by Tally. We receive the message you submit, its feedback category, and any screenshot or contact email you choose to include. You do not need a Tally account, and providing contact details is optional.
The form link can include the app screen name, platform, build version and environment. Game reports can also include the public sports game ID and game mode. A report opened from an error screen may include a Sentry error reference. Account and private group identifiers are not included in the link. Please crop private information from screenshots and never submit passwords or access codes.
App error reports
CallIt uses Sentry to collect technical JavaScript error reports, including error types, stack locations, app screen names, platform and build version. The app filters reports before sending them and excludes account details, request payloads and console logs. It does not record your screen or collect session replays. Service providers receive network information needed to deliver requests, such as your IP address.
You can turn off Send error reports in the app's Settings. This preference is separate from Allow analytics. You can still submit feedback with both switched off. Preferences are saved on your device and reset if app storage is cleared.
Service providers and retention
The website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Analytics data is held by Google, feedback and screenshots by Tally, account data by Supabase, and technical error reports by Sentry using its EU ingestion endpoint. Sentry's free plan provides a 30-day error history. We remove feedback, screenshots and optional contact details when they are no longer useful.
Your choices
Email callitgameinfo@gmail.com to ask what personal information we hold about you, correct it or request deletion. If your request concerns feedback, include enough information for us to identify the submission.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can remove it.
